Together and Apart with Love was written right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting quarantine. It was a time when everyone was re-evaluating their lives and re-imagining creative possibilities. This piece was specifically written to combine old and modern in the form of the two flutes d’amore, and to use technology to bring people together to make music while we stayed apart to keep each other safe.
