Small Circles of Light

For baroque flute d’amore. Duration - about 6 minutes.

These miniatures were written for Leighann Daihl Ragusa early in the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 when musicians and composers were coming to grips with new stresses and new ways of practicing our art. Written to be “social media length” and recorded on video, these little pieces are a diary of thoughts and feelings in a strange new world.
